Beautiful clean, coworking space that is very accommodating and mindful of all coworkers! The receptionist Leticia was so inviting and attentive to what I desire from a work environment and management seems to run the place well. Love the amenities and the warm, friendly people and productive environment. So glad I chose Benchspace!

The Benchspace is maybe the most unique office environment I've ever experienced. Leticia, the office manager, is always available for Admin Assistance and extremely helpful. The architectural design here is exceptionally professional with clean lines and nicely appointed. High ceilings and wide open communal space create a nice circulation with good energy. The artwork adds to the warm and modern motif. I'm writing as if I was an office space broker, because I am one. I've seen it all and this place is special.

I met Laticia on the phone and she scheduled a visit for me to see The Benchspace. I had a client meeting on Zoom at my visit day and I was nervous about the fact that I was in a co-working space, but the environment was very quiet and professional. I had no issues with internet, background, noise, etc. I highly recommend Laticia and the Benchspace.

BenchSpace has been a tremendous work space for me for the past 2 months. The place is incredibly clean and modern. If you are looking for a work space, I highly recommend this place. Leticia who manages the place has always been a great help. She is very friendly and responsive.
